i was actually surprised by the efficiency of the check-in process! the staff quickly got me settled into my room. i really appreciated the family-friendly features such as the kids' play area in the lobby. the breakfast buffet was also quite extensive, with many fresh options.
the absence of complimentary water in the minibar was a minor letdown! it would have been convenient after a long day of traveling.
